Products ship in 2 to 5 business days with the exception of those products listed on our website with a lead time. Payment in US Dollars is due upon order placement. We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfers, cashier’s checks, personal checks, wire transfers (with additional $30 bank fee), and company checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 3-5 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.
Gateway Fire Supplies cannot accept returns due to UL rating standards on fire suppression products (extinguishers/foam concentrates). We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Gateway Fire Supplies cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and local carries. Consider any shipping or estimated transit time offered to you by Gateway Fire Supplies only as an estimate.

Gateway Fire Supplies shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Missouri. For orders shipped to other states the purchaser is solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Gateway Fire Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Gateway Fire Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Gateway Fire Supplies shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.
